The current prices/license fees for Commercial or Editorial use can be selected by clicking on the thumbnail of the image. Below the larger images select the appropriate usage - rights to generate the price. Click on the Calculator Icon to see price

An image that is used in conjunction with an advertisement or display, which purpose is to sell a product or service, would be a Commercial use of the image. All other uses, including non-profit, would be Editorial.

Call 1-931-906-1559 to order by phone or to request a Larger scan for review or to acquire a quote for sizes (MB) not listed. Once your order is confirmed ,we will place your image(s) on our FTP location and email you instructions on how to download your product. Our downloading can be done directly from your browser (Netscape or Microsoft Explorer or others). We will also Mail or FAX you a Paid Invoice granting you the rights requested.

To understand the Image Size needed in MB (megabytes), Please multiply the width (inches) times (X) the height (inches).Then using that result; times(X) the resolution squared. ( 300 Times (X) 300 = 90000. Then divide the total by 344,000.
For example, an 8 x 12 inch image = 96. And 300 dpi  is 300x 300 = 90000. Thus (96X90000)= 8640000. Then  Divide ( / )  8640000 by 344000 = 25.116279 dpi resolution.

We Round it off to the nearest number. Making your needs for a 8x12 image at 300 dpi  25MB Image Size (8 x 12 x 300 x 300 / 344000). In this example, the 27MB file should be ordered.
RIGHTS GRANTED


Standard Rights: 100,000 maximum print quantity or reproduction (including collateral and multimedia uses), worldwide distribution. Unlimited term use on one (1) website is also included in the standard rights. Rights Granted will appear on the invoice. Please note these standard rights extend to multiple media uses (as described below) within the 100,000 prints or impressions limitation.


Upgraded Rights: 500,000 maximum print quantity or reproduction (including collateral and multimedia uses), worldwide distribution. Unlimited term use on one (1) website is also included in the standard rights. Rights Granted will appear on the invoice. These upgraded rights extend to multiple media uses (as described below) within the 500,000 prints or impressions limitation.
Prices for Upgraded Rights are two (2) times the prices for Standard Rights. Upgraded Rights can be selected and paid for at time of checkout.

Unlimited One-Time Rights: NO maximum print quantity or reproduction (including collateral and multimedia uses), worldwide distribution. Unlimited term use on one (1) website is also included in these rights. A granting of One-Time Unlimited Use will appear on the invoice. This One-Time Unlimited Use extends to multiple media uses as described below.

Prices for One-Time Unlimited Rights are three (3) times the prices for Standard Rights. One-Time Unlimited Rights can be selected and paid for at time of checkout.

Please note this is not a Royalty Free license. Only a One-Time Use is allowed under this license.

reproduction (combined media) is defined as:
-For book use, as the number of books printed multiplied by the number of times the image appears in the book.
-For magazine use, as the circulation of the magazine (or magazines) multiplied by the number of times the image appears in the magazine (or magazines).
-For advertising use, as the total circulation of all media the ad appears in, multiplied by the number of times the ad is run in all media.
-For newspaper use, as the circulation of the newspaper (or newspapers) multiplied by the number of insertions.
-For multimedia use, as the number of times the image appears in all products.
-For uses not listed, the same calculation parameters apply, that is, the number of times the image appears in all media combined.
